Rider Registration
New Customers
All new customers are required to complete a rider registration form. You can fill in the form on the day of your visit, or to speed the process up the form is available to be downloaded, printed and completed. Then just bring it along with you on the day of the ride.

We encourage parents to get involved and if you would like to lead the pony that your child is riding then please let us know when you book and we can arrange this for you.
Cancellations
Please note we require at least 48 hours notice prior to lessons to avoid a cancellation fee.
A 50% charge will be made for 24 hours or less.
A full charge will be made if you don’t turn up for a booked lesson
